The Grove Brasserie in Hotel Royal has daily buffets for those who are hunting for a wide variety and selection of food from different cuisines. Every Friday, for dinner, The Grove has an international buffet spread with free flow of juices, soft drinks and house wine. Price is reasonable at RM45.00 ++ (Adult) & RM27.00++ (Children between 7 to 12 years old/ Golden Citizen from 55 years and above).

HandHand: Origami Turtle

Step 1: 
You need a square piece of paper.
Step 2:
Fold and make the crease lines as shown in the picture below.
Step 3:
Fold the paper into half.
Step 4:
Fold the left and right sides of the paper inwards to form a triangle base (balloon base).

Step 5:
Lift up the triangle base.
Step 6:
Fold the paper which you have lifted up into a house shape.


Step 7:
Turn over and do the same on the other side.
Step 8:
Fold the tip of the paper downwards to the centre. Turn over the paper and do the same for the other side.

Step 9:
Fold the left side of the paper upwards to form a triangle. Do the same for the right side as well.


Step 10:
Fold the flaps of the triangle downwards. Turn over the paper and repeat Step 9.



Step 11:
Fold both flaps back up again. The fold the bottom right side of the paper to the centre.


Step 12:
Fold the bottom left side of the paper to the centre. Turn the paper over and repeat Step 11 & Step 12.

Step 13:
Fold the top right side of the paper outwards. This will form the turtle's feet. Do the same for the top left side of the paper. Turn over the paper and repeat Step 13.

Step 14:
Open up the bottom left side of the paper and fold it outwards. Do the same for the right side. This will form the turtle's head and tail.

Step 15:
To form the turtle's head, pinch one side of the paper which you have folded in Step 14. The fold the tip of the paper to make it look like a turtle's head.


Step 16:
The top view and side view of the turtle before it is formed.


Step 17:
Put your fingers in both side of the pockets and pull open the paper to form your turtle.
You have made a turtle!!!
