Claypots are used in cooking to maintain the flavour of the dish. Claypots also keeps the food warm for a longer period of time as it absorbs heat.
Looking for something different and all things claypot? Here is what we had at Claypot Restaurant.
Claypot Tomato Prawns
(succulent prawns in special tomato sauce)
Claypot Seaweed Soup
(tasty soup with seaweed, tauhu and eggs)
Stir Fried Chinese Chive Flowers with Shredded Meat
Pork Chop
(yummy pork chop with special homemade sauce)
Loh Han Guo with Chrysanthemum
You can dine inside the cosy restaurant or choose to dine outside in the verandah, beautifully decorated with plants.
One of the things that caught my attention is the lovely hand made origami boxes placed at the side of each table.
