Face to Face Noodles House is originated from Miri, Sarawak. Their speciality is their handmade noodles - Pan Mee & the famous traditional Sarawak noodles - Kolok Mee. Love everything noodles?? You can get fresh handmade noodles, dry or with soup.
Traditional Sarawak Noodles, more commonly known as "Kolok Mee" is quite similar to our Wan Tan Noodles in Peninsular Malaysia. However, instead of the usual egg noodles served with dark soya sauce, and fried pork dumplings, "Kolok Mee" is accompanied by minced pork, slices of char siew (roast bbq pork) and some light soya sauce.

Pan Mee or Ban Mian (translated to English means "board noodles") is a Hokkien style egg noodle which was traditionally hand kneaded and torn into smaller pieces of dough. Now with the use of machines, the dough is kneaded and pressed through a noodle making machine to produce strips of noodles in different sizes. In Face to Face Noodles House you can choose from four different sizes of noodles - thick, thin, pinch, or mee sua.
Pan Mee is usually served in soup together with dried anchovies, minced pork and sweet potato leaves. You can also order the dry version of pan mee which is served with thick dark soya sauce. Here in Face to Face Noodles House, they serve it with an egg. This makes it SUPER YUMMY when the egg yolk is mixed with the noodles.
