MumMum: Hainanese Delight @ 1926 Heritage Hotel, Burmah Road

Hainanese Delights @ 1926 Heritage Hotel, Burmah Road

The first thing that comes to mind about Hainanese cuisine is the famous Hainanese Chicken Rice. Interestingly, Hainanese cuisine in our country is a unique fusion of Chinese, Nyonya and Western cooking. No matter where the origin of the food is... to me as long as it tastes good, we should never miss the chance to savour delicious food.

Inchee Kay Bin (Deep Fried Chicken Marinated with Five Spice usually served with Worcestershire Sauce)
Hainanese Assam Fish (Spicy & Sour Fish Curry)

Crab Mornay (Crab Meat & Cheese Baked in Crab Shell)

Lor Han Chai (Stir-Fried Mix Vegetables)

We ordered Roselle Juice & had some peanuts while waiting for the food to be served.

Claimed benefits of Roselle Juice
